Meet-the-Team-Member Monday: Brian

Meet cutest Brian below.

1. What do you do at “Anderson”?
I’m a producer production assistant at “Anderson.” My primary responsibilities are research and assisting with guest travel.
2. What has been your favorite part about working here?
You get to work on a new show topic every few weeks. I have done research on everything from the FLDS to the Real Housewives to Seth Rogen.
3. What was the last movie you saw?
The last movie I saw in theaters was “50/50,” which was excellent. The last movie I saw at home was “V for Vendetta.” I was actually an extra in that film. In the final scene, I am the guy standing in front of Parliament with a Guy Fawkes mask on.
4. Do you have a secret talent?
Certainly not answering questions for Meet-the-Staff-Member Monday. I do an impression of a dolphin/bird (just the sound).
5. What’s your favorite work snack?
The best snack available for free at “Anderson” is kettle corn from Popcorn Indiana. It is not always available on the counter so you have to know where to look for it.
6. Three people, one dinner: who do you invite?
Certainly Steve Jobs. I have read a lot more about him since he passed, and never appreciated how brilliant he was. I would also invite Anderson, because I would have no idea what to ask Steve Jobs. Then I would invite a producer from Anderson (such as Tyden Peterson) so we could turn it into a Sunday Night Dinner Club Episode.
7. What’s your favorite way to relax?
My favorite way to relax would be at a hypothetical dinner with Steve Jobs, Anderson, and “Anderson” producer Tyden Peterson while drinking a Starbucks pumpkin latte and eating kettle corn from Indiana Popcorn. It is the perfect combination of work and leisure.
8. What’s your ideal vacation spot?
Because I work in midtown Manhattan, a quiet beach sounds perfect. But if I spent too long on the beach, I would want to be back at work in midtown.
9. What was the last concert you went to?
I saw Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes this spring.
10. John Edward joins us on today’s show. Have you ever has a psychic experience? If so, tell us about it. When I was a sophomore in college I went to see a psychic in New York City. The psychic told me that I had bad Chi but she would fix it for $60. Around that time, her dog scratched my leg and ripped my shorts. I think he was trained to go after the money, also. I respectfully declined, so I walked away with a hole in my shorts and bad Chi.
