He's developing a reputation for being one of television's pickiest eaters. Anderson Cooper has told viewers how he will not drink coffee or eat green vegetables.
So it was no surprise to see the news anchor screwing up his face in disgust when he had to try shrimp, olives and lima beans on his daytime chat show.

The 44-year-old was challenged to eat the foods with a group of children who are also fussy eaters.
The sliver-haired presenter looked disgusted as he tried the foods.
'There's not even anything to dip it in,' the presenter whined when presented with a dish of sushi shrimp.
But after tasting he seemed not to mind, 'Oh, it's not that bad. Do you guys want to try it?'
Last month the newsman tried coffee for the very first time on his show. Cooper was not a fan of the hot beverage though and said he could not fathom why so many people drink it every day, complaining: 'It just seems so watery.'
Giving his verdict after taking a cautious gulp, he added: 'Really? That's what people drink every day? I don't see the point in that.' On that show Cooper then went on to try something else that has never passed his lips before - spinach.
The picky eater revealed he is not a lover of vegetables in the slightest, saying he has not tried most of the green variety.
As for the spinach, it was 'gross' and 'slithery' in his esteemed opinion.
Anderson Cooper's 'Food Intervention' show will be broadcast today
