Anderson spends the hour with twins, Kristen and Will Stillman, who endured twelve years of beating, torture and sexual assault by one man and his family.
Anderson also speaks with the twins’ mother, who is currently serving sixteen years in prison for knowing about the abuse and doing nothing to stop it. Anderson talks with Kristen and Will about remaining resilient through such horrific circumstances, and their current outlook on life… and what they see for their future.

Anderson spends the hour exploring why we eat what we eat, including the odd patterns many people have with food consumption. Anderson learns why he has a strange relationship with food, and for the first time ever in his life, he tries spinach, Brussels sprouts and coffee.
Anderson also speaks with one guest who has only eaten hash browns and French fries for the past 50 years. A nutritional therapist joins the conversation to help identify the different types of eater one can be, including restrictive, picky, avoider, vampire, fearful, liquidator and more. Anderson gives his in-studio audience a super taster test to see what kind of tasters they are.
Finally, Anderson is joined by Laurie David, author of “The Family Dinner,” who helps him launch the Anderson Family Dinner Challenge, in which one’s family has to cook and eat dinner together five nights in a row.

Anderson continues the conversation with four teenage former members of FLDS, who offer an introspective view of their formerly sheltered lives inside FLDS. The teens also visit sites in New York City, including H&M, Times Square and Ground Zero… and compare what they were taught versus what they have now observed firsthand.
“Sister Wives” husband Kody Brown, his four wives and some of their children also join Anderson to discuss a lawsuit they recently filed against Utah’s bigamy law, which makes it a felony to marry or cohabitate with more than one person.

Anderson speaks with actress Anna Farris about her upcoming film, “What’s Your Number?” -- a comedy about a woman who looks back at the past twenty men she's had relationships with… and wonders if one of them might be her one true love.
Anderson also speaks with real women who are looking at their past relationships to see if they missed “the one.”
