A million dollars to change Anderson Cooper's hair color?
I probably should have posted this on my other blog, but anyway, I thought this was not only an interesting proposition for the "Silver Fox", but also an interesting concept in the world of hair color. A ingestible pill to rid you of gray hair??
From happi.com:
Rise-N-Shine Offers $1 Million to Anderson Cooper
2010-08-20
Rise-N-Shine, LLC, the Sparta, NJ –based maker of Go Away Gray, is offering $1,000,000 to CNN’s Anderson Cooper to get rid of his gray hair for five consecutive years by using its ingestible dietary supplement that contains Catalase.
Go Away Gray was developed by Cathy Beggan, long-time proponent of natural remedies. (You can read more about Go Away Gray in “What A Pill!,” found in the the Aug. 2010 issue of Happi.)
“We feel like Anderson Cooper is a really visible, and well-respected figure and thought he would be a great spokesperson for the product and the company,” said Beggan.
The company is willing to deliver the cash to Cooper after using the pills for 60 days and sharing his experiences with the new look via social media such as Twitter and Facebook.
Beggan thinks Cooper might just go for it. “While Cooper may not need the extra cash, he may decide to go ahead with it and donate the million dollars to a worthwhile charity,” Beggan said in a press statement.
Think Anderson will take the challenge? Something tells me there's no chance whatsoever of this happening. But you never know.
