Anderson Cooper Sez: Hang in There
TODAY A FRIEND OF MINE WASN'T feeling so great. There were work things and family things weighing her down. It's just not right to sit and ignore that, not try and do something, so I thought for about two seconds of the two most iconic images I could. If I could conjure up two powerful images, it just might have the power to bring hope back into my friend's life. And then they came to me: that Hang In There poster of a kitten dangling from a rope and Anderson Cooper.
And then I thought, this may not only cheer up one friend, but a whole lot of people who need a little pick-me-up.
And this one's for you too, Wall Street. You've been having it bad for a bit now, and with this image in mind, I suspect you'll be on the up and up real soon.
I hope this message gets to all of you who are feeling a little down. Just let Hang In There Cooper sink in under your worries for a little bit, and I suspect you too, will be on the up and up real soon.
