Anderson Cooper Shows Off His Muscles at the Gym — Super Sexy or So Not My Type?
Tue, 10/06/2009 - 10:00am by Molly
Anderson Cooper looked super buff as he worked out in NYC yesterday. The muscle-bound news anchor and his friend biked to the gym, where they lifted some weights. Anderson worked up a sweat, but we want to know if he's your kind of manjoyment. Usually we see 43-year-old Anderson all suited up rather than putting on the gun show, so tell us — is Anderson super sexy or so not your type?

I rest my case. Anderson looks a little abnormal here. I would not be surprised if some "supplements" are responsible for these bulging biceps. Muscles like that demand a lot of time and many hours in the gym.
I don't care how well known his trainer is, when someone has a look like that on their face they are lifting too much weight.
That he is lifting too much weight I agree with you (see my post 'Working Out Big Time' from today), I hope he doesn't overdo it.
But about his motivations for bulking up, I disagree with you; as I said before, I too went to the gym at a late time in my life and all I wanted to do was to look healthy, I was way too skinny. Anderson too has always complained about having skinny legs and skinny arms and a flat chest, besides being too pale. I feel good for him, he is finally doing something about it; but like I said, I hope he doesn't overdo it.
And I emphasize with Anderson when he says he doesn't want to dance because he doesn't like to attract attention to himself; and believe me if people notice him because he doesn't want to dance, they will notice him even more if he decides to dance, it would be so awful people not only would notice him, they would laugh at him -- I say this by experience. I identify with Anderson on this point: I detest dancing.
