People Inside interviews CNN anchor as part of its Global Dream Project "America series"

America's favorite silver fox Anderson Cooper will be hosting a daytime talk show come fall.
Dashing CNN anchor Anderson Cooper will be gracing television screens in Korea this weekend on tvN’s "People Inside".

“He was the interviewee that I wanted to meet the most,” said anchor Baik Ji Yeon, on interviewing Cooper for her interview show. “And the most impressive.”

News websites and journalism-related blogs in Korea have been re-posting broadcast times for the interview with giddy anticipation, as this marks the first time the CNN anchor will be appearing on a Korean television program.

Cooper’s is part of a six-interview “America series” on "People Inside". The interviewee selection reveals just which Americans interest Koreans -- in addition to Cooper, Baik traveled to the United States to interview actress Sandra Oh of Grey’s Anatomy, Dreamworks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, journalist Euna Lee who was detained in North Korea, Dartmouth College president Jim Kim and Jeannie Suk, the first Korean-American professor to teach at Harvard Law School.
