This is what happens when Pee-Wee and Andy Samberg drink

If Anderson Cooper looks a little shaken up on “AC:360” tonight, you’ll have to understand: the host has had a hell of a weekend.

Saturday’s “SNL” digital short featured a liquor-soaked version of “Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure,” with "SNL's" Andy Samberg bumping into Pee-Wee Herman at a bar.

This meeting led to round after round of shots, which not only brought out some very Pee-Wee-esque dance moves on top of the bar, but also caused what we can only describe as hilarious misadventures.

Upon exiting the bar in their alcohol haze, Pee-Wee and Samberg – now basically BFFs – spot CNN anchor Anderson Cooper on the street corner, (soberly) minding his own business. The two buddies decide to pull a prank on Cooper, which involved Samberg distracting him by asking if he’s ever hooked up with Barbara Walters as Pee-Wee comes up from behind, launching a chair at Cooper’s head.

The fun is almost cut short when a police officer shows up, but Pee-Wee saves the day by breaking yet another chair, this time over the cop's head. As the drunken Samberg exclaims: "That pig got wrecked!"

By the time they find their way home, friends of the dynamic duo have staged an intervention – complete with Anderson Cooper.

“You almost hit me in the eye. Do you know what would happen if I lost these eyes? They’re a national treasure!” Cooper scolded. "They are, they're so special," Samberg agreed; "You'd be blind, that'd be terrible," Pee-Wee said.

After Samberg and Pee-Wee, realizing that they’re a bad influence on each other, say their good-byes and are cured, Pee-Wee's "Playhouse" friends opt to celebrate with – what else? – another round.
