Kristin Chenoweth dishes on her ‘Good Wife’ accident: ‘Knocked me out cold’

Kristen Chenoweth was seriously hurt on July 11, on the set of The Good Wife. The entertainer was rushed to the hospital for her injuries, but it appears that the fans didn’t know just how seriously she was injured on set. Sharing the details of the incident on Anderson Live Monday morning, it sounds like she is lucky to be alive.
"I am waiting for action and I am standing outside," said Kristen Chenoweth sharing about where the accident was on The Good Wife Set. According to the actress it was a windy day and she was waiting to get started with her scene. "And I was just standing there with my prop phone and I just remember saying 'Oh this phone is,' that is all I remember.”
The actress was toppled by metal that held lighting equipment for the scene she was filming and ended up significantly hurting her as her head hit the curb and the metal came slamming down from above.
“Knocked me out cold,” said Kristen Chenoweth describing the immediate result of the accident. Of course the entertainer was immediately rushed to the hospital where she had treatment as she cracked her nose in two places, had a skull fracture and sustained fractured ribs.
The seriousness of the accident derailed Kristin Chenoweth’s career for a few months as she needed time to recover and heal from her injuries. Debuting on Anderson Live as a cohost for the day, the actress looked well and was ready to take on her gig.
