Co-Host TARAJI P. HENSON (@TheRealTaraji), star of the CBS crime thriller "Person of Interest," joins Anderson to discuss the day's water cooler topics in The First 15.

"Modern Family's" TY BURRELL (@TyBurrell) is in the studio telling Anderson about starring with Jennifer Garner in the new film, "Butter" -- about the midwestern world of butter-carving competition, and what he learned about it. Anderson and Ty go head-to-head in a butter-carving competition! Ty also gives the scoop on the latest "Modern Family" drama.
