Anderson speaks exclusively with Dolly, sister of convicted murderer Wesley Shermantine, who along with his partner has been linked to over twenty killings. Dolly shares a shocking letter she received from her brother, and tells how she copes with having a family member on death row. In an emotional encounter, Dolly comes face to face with one of her brother's victims. Has this family found forgiveness?

Anderson also meets the daughter of "The Happy Face Killer," Keith Hunter Jesperson, who discusses her betrayal and why childhood clues predicted an ominous future.
