Anderson Cooper defends KLG and Hoda

Last week, when noted critic Joel McHale visited Kathie Lee and Hoda, the trio declared a truce over a horrifying St. Patrick's Day cocktail. But CNN host Anderson Cooper still had a few choice words for him: step off.

On the March 16 episode of "Anderson Cooper 360" — specifically, during the "Ridiculist" segment — the silver fox declared himself a fourth-hour super fan (he said he likes to watch from the bath! Swoon!) and defended the ladies' rights to remain the most delightful wine-soaked hour on television.

"Like my eyes, they are two national treasures," Cooper said, adding, "Pipe down, haters."
