My 96 cents of opinion: I agree with Drew Barrymore thoroughly, but I would add an extra characteristic: Transparency. Anderson is, to me, very transparent, he doesn't hide anything (I'll get to "the closet" in a minute). We can see his emotions, we can read on his face what he is feeling, we feel what he's sensing practically on any given moment. And all those emotions are right and sincere. As a matter of fact, I think that his transparency is his most valuable and evident characteristic of his. That's why so many people like him; only most people don't know this and so they believe they like/love him because he is handsome (which he is, but that's only the icing on the cake). Anderson is Transparent and I love him for that.

Now, when it comes to "the closet," you may not believe me but Anderson IS NOT in the closet. He's never said he is Not gay, he has never said he is dating a woman, he has never called a woman to be sexy -- neither to a man, but considering his case, his unsexy reaction to women counts more towards gayness than anything else.

Then, Did you hear what Drew Barrymore said about Anderson being "mysterious"? That is part of Anderson's likeability. There is something mysterious about him: His open but dark "closet." As much as I would like for Anderson to say "Yes, I am GAY, and Benjamin is my husband to be," I feel, somehow, that I rather he wouldn't say anything because that is part of his personality, that is part of his mysterious self. And I love him that way.
