For all of you who can't fall asleep at night wondering if Adele's voice will be altered due to her surgery you can now sleep peacefully. The Grammy award winning singer sounds just as beautiful as she always has.
In a preview clip for Adele's pre-Grammy sit down with Anderson Cooper, the UK super star sings her hit "Rolling In The Deep" a cappella. Adele avoided playing the piano because her mancured fingernails were far too long!
After her throat surgery, Adele was ordered not sing or talk for two long months. “I had a notepad and I also had an application on my phone,” she tells 60 Minutes. “You type the words into it and then it speaks it. The great thing is I love to swear — most of them you can’t swear — but I found this one app where you can swear, so I’m still really getting my point across.”
Adele's interview on 60 Minutes will air Sunday Febuary 12th at 7 p.m. on CBS
