Anderson Cooper Performs a Dramatic Reading From Snooki's Novel

Consider Anderson Cooper humbled! Upon hearing that Snooki had a second novel, Gorilla Beach, in the works with Simon & Schuster, the Silver Fox for the first time put himself on the Anderson Cooper: 360 RidicuList for ever doubting the Jersey Shore star.

Anderson freely admitted that he was "wrong about the literary talents of a young woman named Snooki," pointing out that Snooki's second tome marks one more book deal than Anderson himself has been offered. Yikes. Do we want to live in a world where Snooki has published more books than Anderson Cooper? Someone throw him a bone, here.

He gave Snooki's literature another shot by doing a dramatic reading of a few passages from her first instant classic, A Shore Thing. Among his favorite chapter titles were "Karma is a Bitch, Bitch," "Make Me Beg," and "Vin Diesel is Hotter Than Jesus." Those were good picks, AC!

After a very sultry reading of a few racier bits of the book, Anderson humbly confessed to Snooki, "I was wrong about you. You are a modern day Jane Austen. Or at least her sketchy second cousin."

We couldn't agree more, and are sure that adolescent guidettes with hormones raging can't wait to get their hands on Snooki's trashy follow-up next year, just in time for their summer reading list.
