How far would you go to find love... or to pay the bills... or love a pet? Anderson wants to know: how far is too far to get what you want?
Anderson spends the hour speaking with the creator and members of an online dating website where men pay women for the opportunity to date them. Is this an escort service masquerading as a dating site? Would you be willing to go on a date with someone if he or she paid you?
Both men and women who are using the site to find love will join the conversation. Psychologist and Relationship Expert Dr. Michelle Callahan tells Anderson whether accepting money for a date is a good idea.
Then, meet the woman from the TLC special, "I Cloned My Pet," who paid tens of thousands of dollars to clone her dog, Trouble, so she could have "Double Trouble."

Then, nearly six months after Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her daughter, Anderson takes viewers inside the headline making trial by speaking with the medical examiner who performed Caylee’s autopsy, Dr. Jan Garavaglia. “Dr. G” responds to her critics for the first time and reveals the surprising details of her forensic findings on the case that gripped the entire nation.

Anderson speaks with women who pursued and even found love with convicted criminals. One of today’s guests moved across the country with her three children after getting engaged to a convicted murderer she met through a prisoner pen pal website… who will not be eligible for parole for 34 years.
Straight from the headlines, Anderson also speaks with a 55-year-old American doctor, Mary Hammer, who claims she is the guardian angel of Joran Van der Sloot, accused killer of Stephany Flores and suspected of involvement in the disappearance of Natalie Holloway. Hammer has paid almost $100,000 in legal fees for the accused murderer, whom she met after his arrest for Flores’ death.
Also joining the conversation is a criminologist who explains the attraction that some women have to criminals, and warns of the danger in these unconventional relationships.
