RadarOnline.com has obtained the law suit dropped on CNN's star anchor Anderson Cooper.

As RadarOnline.com reported earlier, a 29-year-old interior designer is suing Cooper after she fell through a hole during the conversion of his $4.3 million New York City firehouse.

In the lawsuit, filed in November in state Supreme Court in Manhattan, O'Brien alleges Cooper was a hands-on renovator and controlled the work being done on the premises.

CNN's Anderson Cooper Being Sued

In September 2009, while performing work at the premises, O'Brien alleges she "was caused to fall through an uncovered and unguarded floor opening to the floor below."

She claims: "The defendants and/or their agents, servants, and employees did not properly furnish or erect, or cause to be furnished or erected, safety devices that were constructed, placed, and operated so as to give proper protection to the plaintiff.

"As a result of the defendants’ failure to properly furnish or erect, or cause to be furnished or erected, safety devices that were constructed, placed, and operated so as to give proper protection to the plaintiff, the plaintiff was caused to fall through an uncovered and unguarded floor opening approximately seventeen (17) feet to the floor below."

As a result, O'Brien says she became "sick, sore, and disabled, and has suffered severe and permanent personal injuries to her body."

She is alleging Cooper and residential real-estate developer Cary Tamarkin were negligent in that they failed to have the firehouse "constructed, shored, equipped, guarded, arranged, operated, and conducted as to provide reasonable and adequate protection and safety to the plaintiff."

And what's that worth? Unspecified Damages, O'Brien claims.

The lawsuit says: "O'Brien seeks to recover damages for personal injuries that she sustained as a result of the defendants' violations of the New York State Labor Law... The plaintiff also seeks damages based upon common law negligence."

Cooper has declined to comment.
