PHOTOS | Local Family Gets Big Surprise from Anderson Cooper

WAXHAW, N.C.--A local family got a big surprise from Anderson Cooper this week and foxcharlotte.com got a behind the scenes look.
Cheryl Sica saw an ad for Anderson Cooper's "Road to Success" Car Giveaway right here on FOX Charlotte.
She thought it would be a wonderful surprise for her husband if they actually won. Cheryl wrote a letter explaining why her husband, Gary, deserved the car.
After several days, producers from the show called and told Cheryl they were finalists and would be featured in a segment from Wesley Chapel Elementary School, where Gary works as a custodian.
However, Gary wasn't the only person surprised at the school. When the cameras started rolling, Anderson Cooper told Cheryl they won the car.
