I could not watch it myself -- not completely and I advise you not to watch it either, especially if you are about to have surgery -- of any kind, in the near or in the far future. It's scary! Anderson Cooper introduces and ends the segment and David Mattingly narrates the whole thing. If you don't like horror movies, or even if you do, because this is a real horror movie, DON'T WATCH!
