If It's Thursday, It Has To Be Tijuana

CNN's Cooper to Anchor from San Diego After Discovery of Major Tunnel to Mexico

Tuesday, 08 December 2009 22:44

CNN’s Anderson Cooper will anchor from San Diego this Thursday night after the discovery of a tunnel from San Diego to Tijuana, Mexico. The tunnel, which was not complete on the US side, is approximately 850 feet long and began under a false floor in a bathroom. Equipped with an elevator to take smugglers down to the tunnel, it was headed towards a US warehouse.

Anderson Cooper will have exclusive access to the tunnel, which was apparently intended for human and drug trafficking.

AC360° Correspondent, Michael Ware will update on cartel violence which is still happening at a record pace.National Geographic special correspondent Lisa Ling will also provide reports on drug trafficking.

Anderson Cooper 360° airs weeknight at 10pm ET on CNN.

I don't know why they used this old AC 360º picture for their article, but I'm sure glad they did, it is a beautiful picture with a handsome Anderson Cooper in it.

I hope that this time your reporting is relevant. The last time you reported from here you misrepresented a story that was 2 years old, and characterized it as recent. Shoddy reporting. Lets hope this time you do a better job.

Max Katz,
I always put the date the report was posted on the Internet by whom ever posted it first, and give credit to the original poster. If, occasionally, I don't put a date, it's because the original poster didn't dated their report.

I have no idea what post you are talking about. But if it was 2 years old I'm sure my readers are smart enough to realize that the post was old news; but maybe relevant to whatever was happening with Anderson Cooper at the time.

Sorry if my postings bother you, Which is more than a good reason to stay away from this blog.

Either way, this only goes to prove that I am not as Divine as I sometimes think I am. My not so humble apologies.
