Do you see this picture above? Of course you do. Well, that's exactly how I feel -- minus the gray hair plus 18 years and wearing better looking socks. But other than that...
After one week and one day from my operation, which by the way it went very well -- I had a great doctor and a great hospital and I am very grateful for that; yet I had one hell of a recovery time (and by the way again, the operation had absolutely nothing to do with a change of sex of any kind or size...) But now that I feel I can lift a package of about 22 oz. I, and Alan, are starting to pack. Yet unlike Anderson above who went from New York to Brazil, Alan & I are going from Brooklyn to Brooklyn -- perhaps even between here and two blocks away, we don't know yet; all we know is that it all have to happen within the next five days! Is there a patron saint for desperate movers? We need two of those sooner than Pronto!
Why am I telling you all this? Well, for two reasons, first that it feels great to release some of the pressure by talking about it, and second, that you may see fewer posts during the next week or so. I'll try to take a break as often as I can to find the items for this blog, but if you only see one post you'll know that I am having one hell of a bad time and then you'll also know that you'll need to pray to the best god you can possibly find to help me & Alan in our overly rushed up, new adventure.
I thank you for your patience and your support, I'll try my damndest best to keep the AnderNews coming even during my most painful days -- Oooouuch!!!
