Why do we want to be heroes for the community?
Why the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation?
Launched in 2005 by Firehouse Subs founders Chris and Robin Sorensen, the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation was created to extend the Firehouse Subs mission to give back to the community from where the founders started, in the firehouse.
Since Firehouse Subs was founded by firemen, what better way than to lend a helping hand to our hometown heroes? As former firefighters, your job is to serve the public, and you have to be prepared at any given time to help others and to save lives. Goodwill and serving others in the name of Firehouse Subs is contagious, and is spreading like wildfire through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
