Kate Gosselin jokingly asked Anderson Cooper, who sat in for Regis Philbin, if he's available on today's episode of "Live! with Regis and Kelly."

After Kelly Ripa asked Kate about the possibility of her appearing on ABC's "The Bachelorette," Kate grabbed Anderson's wrist and asked, "Are you available?"

Everyone laughed and then Kelly suggested that Kate come back to "Live" to look for love. But earlier in the interview, Kate joked that after everything she'd been through recently (including her divorce from ex Jon and the ensuing custody dispute), "You wonder why I'll never date again… hello?"

But getting serious, Kate said that what she's going through right now is "real, and it's difficult." As for where things currently stand with Jon, she replied, "I don't know. I have to get home and sort through all the emails."

Kate appeared on the show with her "Dancing with the Stars" partner Tony Dovolani, and he said of working with her, "We really did have a blast." Kate said that she would roll on the floor laughing from Tony's jokes during rehearsal.
