Live Next Door to Anderson Cooper in the Hamptons for $3.5M

The latest headlines from Curbed Hamptons, our outpost on the East End...

1) The two homes adjacent to Anderson Cooper's Quiogue property are on the market. One, asking $3.5 million, clocks in at 3,654 square feet, with pool and guest house. The other is a slightly pricier $10.8 million, for 6,600 square feet, a grotto pool, and a dock on the bay. Also a llama stable. And the opportunity to live next door to Anderson Cooper—priceless!

2) Now this is what we mean by a PriceUpper: a 7,000-square-foot home on the Montauk waterfront has just raised its price by $15,000,000, or 43 percent, for a new ask of $50,000,000.

3) East Hampton's Sea Spray Cottages went up for auction earlier this week, and Curbed Hamptons has the results. The going rate? $30,000 to $100,000 for the summer.
