Losing Weight by Dr. Ro Brock: Map a Plan
When trying to lose weight, set a realistic goal for yourself and map a plan to make that goal happen. Set a weight loss target, and work toward it. In order to lose 1 pound, you need to burn an extra 500 calories per day, or eat 500 calories less. Knowing this, map out a plan of food and exercise that will help you reach your weight loss goal.
