Number 1 Again!

CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 Within 30,000 Viewers Of Fox’s O’Reilly Factor (In Demo) Tuesday

Cable news ratings, May 3, 2011:

• CNN’s Anderson Cooper finished a solid number one at 10 p.m. Tuesday, with 727,000 viewers 25-54. Fox’s Greta Van Susteren was second, with 615,000 and MSNBC’s Ed Schultz was far back in third place, with 392,000. (Among total viewers, Van Susteren took first place)

AC 360 was CNN’s top draw in prime, and the second-highest rated hour in cable news Tuesday night, finishing just 27,000 viewers behind Fox’s top show, The O’Reilly Factor, which had 754,000

• Overall, among viewers 25-54 (and among total viewers), Fox was first in primetime and total day, followed by CNN and MSNBC.
