Anderson Cooper laughs off Seth Meyers' tight t-shirt joke By Tierney Bricker May 1, 2011 -- 1:24 PM ET Seth Meyers had a lot of targets during his speech at the annual White House Correspondents Dinner in Washington, D.C. on Apr. 30. One of them? Anderson Cooper. More preciously, his tight t-shirts. "You can always tell how much danger Anderson Cooper is in by how tight his clothing is," the "Saturday Night Live" star said. "If he's in a bulky, yellow slicker, then it's a hurricane that's still off shore. If he's in a khaki vest, he's maybe in the Green Zone in Baghdad. But if he's in a child-size white t-shirt, bullets are flying, he's getting punched, he's pulling kittens out of the rubble. So what I'm saying is, if you ever see Anderson Cooper with his shirt off, turn off your television and run." Soon after the dinner, CNN's Cooper laughed off the joke on Twitter. "I'm a huge @sethmeyers21 fan," he tweeted. "It's an honor to be mocked by him." Meyers later responded, "I'm a fan in return. Thanks for being a good sport." Donald Trump, are you taking notes?
