Teresa Giudice stopped by Anderson Cooper's talk show, Anderson, Wednesday — a brave move considering the explosive season finale of Real Housewives of New Jersey that just aired, and the near-constant media reports about the way she, um, has fallen out of favor with all of her castmates, including sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.
Anderson wasted no time in confronting Teresa about her actions, and even laid into her a little bit... especially concering remarks she has made to Caroline Manzo about her weight and the apparent lack of communication she had with former friend Jacqueline Laurita after her Jacqueline's son was diagnosed with autism.
"At the reunion show, I had four women attacking me," Teresa told Anderson. "I did nothing to any of them."
This, of course, is debatable among RHONJ fans. And apparently Anderson thought so as well.
"No matter who's attacking you, you don't need to say to somebody, 'You've got three rolls of fat,'" Anderson said.
"You know what she said to me?" Teresa argued.
The talk show host wouldn't even let her finish. "I don't care," he said. "You're not 12 years old."
And with that, the audience bursted into cheers and applause.
Anderson also noted that it seems Teresa is defending herself a lot, and asked if she feels she is the victim all the time. Teresa seems to kind of dodge the question and focus specifically on what she wrote about Caroline in her Fabulicious cookbook (that was the famed Olive Garden comment).
The topic then switches to Jacqueline's recent appearance on the show, where she alluded to the idea that Teresa was less than supportive of her after her son's diagnosis. Teresa says she sent her a text, and Anderson rips her a little for not doing more... say, picking up the phone.
