Teresa Giudice Called Out By Anderson Cooper: ‘You’re Not 12 Years Old’

Teresa Giudice has had her share of feuds on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and when she appeared on Anderson Live, host Anderson Cooper was ready to call out the reality star on her bullying behavior.
On the show, Teresa Giudice detailed how her feud with fellow star Jacqueline Laurita is still going strong. The former friends were at odds on the September 23 finale of the show regarding what has become known as Strippergate. As the ladies were attending a fashion show, Giudice pulled aside Melissa Gorga and asked how she knew Angelo Vrohidis, a man who claimed Gorga once stripped for him at Elizabeth, N.J., strip club.
The incident set Teresa Giudice at odds with her fellow castmates, Us Weekly reported.
When she spoke with Anderson Cooper on Anderson Live, Giudice went into detail about her troubles with Jacqueline Laurita. She denied claims that she didn’t reach out to Laurita, whose son was diagnosed with autism.
“I did reach out to her, I texted her,” Giudice told Cooper and guest co-host Kellie Pickler.
Cooper pushed further, asking why Giudice didn’t pick up the phone to call Laurita, and Teresa responded by saying that she needs to limit contact with Laurita, who keeps sending her “random text messages.”
“If it keeps going, eventually I am going to go to the cops because I want her to leave me alone. I did nothing to her,” Giudice said. “When I get texts from her I get chills throughout my body because I am like ‘why?’ I haven’t spoken to her in a year. I never reach out to her.”
After the Anderson Live episode aired, Laurita took to Twitter to respond to Giudice’s claims, saying:
Anderson Cooper was having none of Teresa Giudice’s bullying, The Huffington Post noted. Before she came out, he showed a clip of The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show in which she said Caroline Manzo had three rolls of “blubber” on her stomach.
Cooper told Giudice that he doesn’t look kindly on the mean-girl behavior, then cut her off as she tried to defend her behavior.
“I don’t care. You’re not 12 years old,” Cooper told Teresa Giudice.
