CNN’s Anderson Cooper Nosing Around Geno Case

It’s been a while since we’ve addressed the pending employee discrimination suit filed by Kelley Hardwick against Geno Auriemma, the NBA and USA Basketball . There haven’t been many new developments. Nor has there been any discussion about it nationally.
Well, that is scheduled to change soon on CNN’s Anderson Cooper show, which airs from 8-9 p.m.
There apparently will be a segment on the case on a subsequent show, although the show’s website is promoting something on pastors and snakes tonight. That doesn’t sound like it has anything to do with Geno.
Neither UConn or USA Basketball have been contacted by the show for comment and if they did it would likely not be forthcoming.
Geno is in Turkey right now with USA Basketball officials scouting.
Randy McLaughlin, Hardwick’s attorney, would not confirm or deny that he or his client would appear on the show.
