Anderson speaks with several parents currently caught in tumultuous child custody battles, who believe they have been mistreated by the justice system.

Anderson first speaks with Trish Conlon, whose sons are currently living with her ex-husband and his first ex-wife, who over ten years ago killed her two daughters as they were sleeping.

Then, Alaina Giordano, a mother of two, also claims her breast cancer is being used against her in her fight for custody.

Anderson also meets Craig Schelske, ex-husband of country singer Sara Evans, who blames the loss of his children on false allegations, including claims of pornography and infidelity, filed during his divorce proceedings.
