On Today's show, "The Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan and his dog, Junior, joined Anderson in the studio and helped a pooch named Oscar.

Oscar, who was adopted and given up by several different owners, has peculiar behaviors, including enjoying the scent of cigarettes and beer, as well as growling at other people. Oscar has to wear a muzzle when he goes to the groomer because of his unfriendly demeanor.
