Anderson Does "The Shredder" Almost Twice!

CJ and Anderson Do 'The Shredder'

When most kids his age are busy playing video games, 10-year-old CJ makes workout videos targeted to help overweight kids. CJ appears on today's "Anderson," and shows the host some of his fitness moves, including "The Shredder."

Anderson and CJ demonstrate the difficult exercise on the stage, but before starting, CJ warns Anderson, "Keep up."
