For some reason this picture has been doing the rounds all over the Internet with the title, "Anderson Cooper in the 90`s." Why? Only the Internet knows, but the reminder is certainly welcome. By the way, I believe it is more likely to be "In The '80s," but I didn't start the trend.

UPDATE: It seems that this picture was taken in 1993, so it IS "Anderson Cooper In The '90s."
