Diary from the Dome

Comment left on "Peering Over the Edge of Life" post.

I was a Calif. tourist trapped in the Superdome during Katrina. I returned 9 month later to attend the Amer. Library Association Conference where Anderson was the keynote speaker. His tears had us in tears and he urged us to not let people forget about the lessons of Katrina. I thank you, Anderson for your perseverance, inspiration, and compassion.
