Description: Today Anderson meets 13-year-old cancer survivor and baseball fan Dugan Smith, and surprises him his favorite baseball player, Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia... and World Series tickets.
Along with giving Dugan a signed baseball and his own official jersey, Sabathia invited Dugan to join him on his personal team with his family on November 12th for his CC Challenge event, a scavenger hunt around New York City to benefit his PitCCh In Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting inner-city youth through the funding and support of academic and athletic programs in New York and Northern California.
Anderson presented the final big surprise: tickets for Dugan and his family to attend Game 4 of the World Series, a game dedicated to Stand Up to Cancer.
