(The New York Post) - Anderson Cooper clearly has been burning the candle at both ends -- he nodded off while waiting to be called for a trial during jury duty in New York.
Globe-sprinting Cooper, who has been working flat-out on his afternoon talk show and his live CNN “360” program, was seen snoozing under a cap Tuesday while he sat with the jury pool at Manhattan Supreme Court.
“He showed up as required and was working away on his BlackBerry for a while," a source said. "He had a baseball cap on, and he pulled it over his face and took a 20-minute catnap. The jurors were then called in, he whispered to the judge and was [legally] excused.”
Cooper’s representative did not respond to a request for comment.
